1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellersBoost (the "Service"), operated by Sellers Boost LLC ("SellersBoost," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellersBoost provides analytics, inventory management, order and profitability tracking, and FBA shipment tools designed for Amazon sellers. The Service connects to your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API to import and display your business data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Amazon Account Connection

To use the core features of the Service, you authorize SellersBoost to access your Amazon seller account through Amazon's secure authorization process. You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Amazon's applicable policies and agreements. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

5. Your Data and Ownership

As between you and SellersBoost, you own all data you submit or that we import from your connected accounts on your behalf ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees, which are billed through our third-party payment processor. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including the Amazon Selling Partner API, a payment processor, and an authentication and hosting provider. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, including any changes Amazon may make to its API that affect the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SellersBoost and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
