Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Introduction
SellersBoost ("SellersBoost," "we," "our," or "us") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services (the "Services"). SellersBoost is operated by Sellers Boost LLC, located at 102-35 64 Road, Suite 2B, Forest Hills, NY 11375. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Your name and email address, provided when you register for an account. Account sign-in and passwords are handled by a third-party authentication provider; we do not store your password.
- Amazon Seller Data: When you connect your Amazon seller account, we access business data through the Amazon Selling Partner API, including your product listings, inventory levels, order and sales data, financial and settlement data, cost of goods, and inbound (FBA) shipment information.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, billing and card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
- Usage and Device Data: Limited technical data necessary to operate the Services, such as your browser session and authentication tokens.
3. Amazon Data and Buyer Information
We access your Amazon seller data only after you authorize the connection through Amazon's secure authorization process, and only to provide the Services to you. Importantly, we do not collect or store the personal information of your customers (buyers) — such as buyer names, shipping addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers. We work only with aggregated order, inventory, and financial data associated with your seller account. We do not sell your Amazon data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the Services for you.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Synchronize and display your inventory, orders, profitability, and shipment data.
- Process subscriptions and send related billing notifications.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Send administrative and, with your consent, promotional communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Services — including cloud hosting, a payment processor, and an authentication provider — solely to the extent necessary to perform their functions on our behalf and under obligations of confidentiality. We may also disclose information where required to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of SellersBoost, our users, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request that we delete your account data or disconnect your Amazon seller account at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. Data transmitted to and from the Services is protected using SSL/TLS encryption, and sensitive credentials — including your Amazon authorization tokens — are encrypted when stored. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation of the Services, such as those required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
10. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details below.
11. International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated from and hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, and you consent to that transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
